What is Elderberry?
The elderberry plant, Sambucus, is a flowering tree that produces beautiful white flowers and dark berries. Its berries and flowers are used as medicine that yield immune boosting properties, vitamins and other essential nutrients to the body. Elderberry provides cold and flu relief, reduces sinus infection symptoms, lowers blood sugar, supports skin health, eases allergies, and includes many other benefits.

Active Ingredient: Elderberries, water, local raw honey, blueberries, rose hips, echinacea, thyme leaf, slippery elm, mullein leaf, marshmallow root, licorice root, orange peel, ginger
No preservatives, shelf stabilizers, or added sugar.
How to Use
Dosing Instructions: 1 tsp for 12 months – 4 years, 2 tsp for 5 – 10 years), and 1 tbsp for above 10 years every 2 – 3 hours as needed.Â
Storing Directions:Â Keep refrigerated. Will be good for approximately 4-8 weeks in the refrigerator and approximately 4-6 months in the freezer
